Alright so the new phpbb forum is up. The permission settings are very complex so let me know if something is not working properly. Took the opportunity to give the forums a graphical refresh, the shoutbox will be coming back just got to find time during the week. The homepage however will need to be completely redone so it might take sometime. So for now it is just a redirect to the forums.
